I'd been so let down & hurt in the past it meant I kept my heart close to my chest. Closed. I was a single mum of three, kids to support, an image to maintain
People jokingly referred to me as 'the iceberg'
That what you actually saw, was only ever a fraction of who I really was
They weren't wrong
External appearances were always maintained as the head of my family, the strong one, keeping everything OK for everyone around me
There was always so much going on in my head that no one knew about (more on my story later) & pain inside that no one would ever know about - only me
It's crazy how we can be surrounded by so many people yet feel invisible, lonely & that no one understands

When I started my first business back in 2013 I was introduced to a world of personal development & quickly became obsessed
Goals, manifestation, the law of attraction, online marketing, selling, growing a business, I loved all of it! I also took the plunge on something I'd wanted to try for years - pole fitness & dancing & I found I loved that too!
Not everyone in my world did though
The more myself I became, the bigger the cracks in my marriage & certain friendships grew. Jealousy. Resentment. Gaslighting. Subtle & not so subtle digs became the norm
A year into my business I realised that if I was going to be truly happy & successful in my life & business, I had to make some hard decisions
I walked away from my 13 year relationship & marriage & became a single mum of three. I rebuilt from the inside out. I removed myself from certain social circles & friendships that didn't align or support me anymore
That journey led me to do the real work. On my identity, my confidence, my relationship with my body, my femininity, my worth. It changed everything - in my life & in my business
Over the last 10 years I've worked with more than 1000 women worldwide, helping them come home to themselves, lead with confidence & build businesses & lives they're genuinely proud of & love.
